Our new five-unit digital press features the ability to print standard four-colour process along with an opaque white, a special colour, or a security toner.

Our Xeikon 3300 will print at up to 19.2 metres per minute with a maximum imaging width of 322mm.

The high-precision LED-based imaging also features 1200 dpi resolution with variable dot density, generating high definition image quality with smooth tone transitions for photorealistic high-impact labels, while exceptionally sharp and crisp details enable the addition of pin-sharp micro text. 

An in-line densitometer provides uniform and accurate colours and perfect registration to guarantee colour consistency. 

 

SUBSTRATES

Using our new Xeikon, we can print on materials from as light as 40gsm right through to 350gsm. The dry toner imaging process enables the use of conventional substrates without coating or pre-treatment.

With this is mind, we can offer an extensive range of face papers, selective synthetics and metallic substrates.

In conjunction with these materials, we can also offer the full range of adhesives to cover every eventuality.

 

WEB TO PRINT 

Customers can be linked to a Web to Print system enabling uploading of artwork and access to an archive of previous work. This front end system is also equipped to handle complex operations such as sequential numbering and barcodes. 

 

FINISHING 

Finally, our in line finishing unit gives us accurate die-cutting, varnishing, slitting and over laminating to ensure quality roll labels every time.
