Integrity Print welcomed a number of key clients to a recent Web2Print open day.
Press Release
14 April 2010
Integrity Print welcomed a number of key clients to their recent open day at their labels manufacturing factory. The £60m turnover business printer has recently invested £500k in a Xeikon digital press and the open day was an opportunity to showcase the investment in the £4m labels division that was acquired by Integrity in February 2009.
Clients were shown the new Web2Print portal. This new facility allows quick and easy ordering of repeat work on-line, along with the facility to upload images and variable data. To demonstrate the versatility of Web2Print, clients were able to design and personalise their own unique bottle label. They were then able to see their design being run on the Xeikon a few minutes later. The label was then varnished and die cut through the in-line finishing unit.
The open day also gave clients the opportunity to see the continuing development of Integrity’s digital print and mail fulfillment operation. The visit concluded with a tour of the company’s traditional flexographic labels capability.
Julian Smith, Integrity’s Label Sales Manager, commented “The day has been a great opportunity to show people the scale and diversity of our labels offering, and how we are investing in technology to enhance our client interface. The Web2Print portal is a key part of our strategy to enable effective communication with our clients. We have had excellent feedback and as there has been a lot of interest we now plan to run a second open day on April 29th.
Any IPIA members who are interested in attending the open day or who would like a demonstration of how Web2Print can support their business, please contact Julian Smith on 01761 409262 or email julian.smith@integrity-print.com
