Bowater Business Forms, the former Communisis subsidary has been rebranded and is now trading under the name of Integrity Print.
The Rebranding, which came into effect on Monday (1 Sept 08) follows the £12.8M MBO which was led by Managing Director Mark Cornford.
The Midsomer Norton based business forms and security printer, which employs around 360 staff, said it had had a successful start to its solo career, having picked up several new contracts.
Cornford said "Completing the MBO has really unlocked the marketplace for us. We've a much better chance of securing the future of the business - and that's what it's all about - as a standalone outfit"
Contact phone numbers for Integrity Print remain unchanged, although the company has launched a new website (www.integrity-print.com) and changed its staff's email addresses to firstname.surname@integrity-print.com
