Integrity has responded to increased demand for its pressure seal products by commissioning a new production line.
The line is believed to be the first of its kind in the UK and was built by the company’s own engineering team. This enables the Bath operation to print, add glue lines, perforate and sheet to size in one pass, with the finished product then being shrink wrapped or boxed in line.
Client Services Director at Bath, Mike Woffenden, commented, “This is a tremendous effort by our on site team to engineer a dynamic solution for our client’s needs. We have seen a substantial increase in demand for our payroll and cheque mailer products over the last 12 months, and are now able to support this with reduced lead times”
The new line complements an existing off line Sorensen pressure seal machine at the company’s Midsomer Norton factory and will allow the business to grow market share as it continues to cement it’s position as the UK’s leading business printer.
