E-Billing

An e-Billing solution is available to clients for UK and European transactional mailings that is fully compliant with EU regulations for the receipt of electronic bills. Solutions can be tailored to provide a stand alone e-billing service or integrated into a multi channel process. We are able to work with clients on adoption campaigns to encourage migration to e-communication and provide full reporting of message delivery rates.

The platform we have developed for e-Billing can also be used to manage on-line payroll requirements.

All of the projects we have worked on are highly bespoke to individual client requirements and we have a project scope and implementation team that are available for the initial identification of specific client objectives and deliverables.

Document Archiving

Integrity is responsible for secure document archiving for a number of clients. The archives are hosted on secure servers with bespoke user access controls. The archive solution is based around software that has been written specifically by Integrity and can be re-purposed to suit specific client needs. It also serves as a platform for our electronic payroll solution.

A recent case study illustrates how the system can be precisely tailored. Integrity secured a contract to provide a payroll infilling solution for a major UK client. Ten payroll files are received each month and fulfilled through the standard laser and mailing process for 25,000 employees. The files are also posted onto a secure server so that regional and branch managers at the clients 300 UK sites can access and view their own staffs’ payroll online. The user interface provides a simple but powerful search tool, and re-print and email options for documents retrieved from the archive.

The software has been developed to allow bespoke search criteria and tightly controlled tiered access by location and staff position. The solution has been further enhanced to allow the generation of emails advising staff that their payroll is available online, avoiding the costs of printing and mailing.

Web2Print

The Quadient document composition platform provides a powerful set of web based tools that allows clients to create and order a range of print on line. The system allows clients to upload variable data into template documents and creates live pdf proof output for immediate checking, reducing the amount of time it takes to generate a mailing.

Our solution can be tailored to very specific projects in order to facilitate a wide range of varying requirements. For example we have one client using it as a store front facility to order exact repeats of their labels portfolio while another is using it to upload and proof unique personal accreditation details that we then apply to secure certification documents that we hold in stock.
The web portals can also be branded to meet client specific guidelines.
The web2print solutions developed at Integrity fit well with the 6000 pallet space warehouse facility on site, allowing us to offer clients a full stock, store and fulfilment service under one roof.

Clarity Mail

Our Clarity Mail solution has been specifically developed to support clients who have a high level of low to medium volumes of daily post. By providing a free-to-install print driver we give users the option to send their print files directly to our production facility. We can consolidate their post along with a number of our other clients to achieve print costs savings and postal discounts.

With no licence fee our clients have made significant reductions in their postage costs and more importantly have been able to outsource the time consuming process of manually printing and enclosing their post.

The process is secure and backed up by on line reporting allowing clients to track and audit their usage.

The facility to rebrand the site is also available to clients and can be managed and implemented by our software solutions team.
