Mark is passionate about Integrity and all of the people connected to his business. He is dedicated to creating the best print solutions in the business. Constantly striving for excellence in every area, it is his belief that the people and customers are Integrity's driving force.

Mark successfully led the MBO of Integrity in 2008 from Communisis. He is devoted to his wife and three children...along with his other passion, rugby.

Andrew is committed to building long term strategic relationships with his clients, and to ensuring that Integrity continues its transformation into a technology driven and solutions orientated business partner.

Andrew joined Integrity in 2007 having spent his formative years in sales roles in both commercial and book printing. Outside of work he is slightly obsessed with road cycling and his greatest fear is that his wife will discover just how much he really spends on his collection of bikes and questionable lycra clothing.

Martin is a self motivated problem solver who is always prepared to go the extra mile for his clients. Whilst still at school, he was sweeping the floor of a local labels company and he has been part of the industry ever since. Martin took on the role of leading our labels division in 2014.

When not at work he likes nothing better than to take his dog Harvey for long walks through the Cotswolds.

Nathan is a highly experienced Account Manager, having joined Integrity from school. His strength has been his ability to develop new business streams as the company transforms its business forms focus to a more rounded print services provider, whilst still maintaining very strong personal client relationships.

With two young children he claims not to have much spare time but is reported to be a decent squash player and a maniac on a mountain bike.

Matt claims to be the most academic member of the key account team, with a degree in print technology and he has also qualified as a history teacher.

He brings commitment and a very strong work ethic to the team backed by a passion for ‘doing the right thing’. Matt is also active outside of work, amongst his many talents he referees in the local football league and tends a very productive vegetable allotment.

Tom has been a member of the Key Account team since 2012, having previously worked at Integrity on the factory floor. He brings good product knowledge and creative flair to the role.

Tom is probably best described as a hyperactive insomniac who brings great energy and a wicked sense of humour to the sales office. Life outside of work consists of trying to keep up with the demands of his four young children.

Dan has been with Integrity since 2015 and developed a reputation as a calm and unflappable presence in the office. He also plays in goal for his local football team, so is a safe pair of hands all round. Outside of work he dotes on his young son and Bristol City FC!

Dave has been with Integrity for over 25 years, having trained as a printer and then moving into account management 14 years ago. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his role managing a number of key contractual clients.

Another long serving employee, Kevin started out as an estimator 38 years ago and has held various positions within the account management team, predominantly dealing with high volume contractual business. His claim to fame is that while studying at Brunel College he was the only student selected to receive his Certificate in Printing from the Duke of Kent at an awards ceremony in London.

James comes from a production background, having worked as a laser operator in the Mailing Services factory. He joined the account management team in 2018 and brings a wealth of technical experience and has proven to be a great asset to colleagues and clients alike. He is also a keen golfer but won't tell us his handicap, and a regular at the local gym.

Keith has been at Integrity for 9 years and is an integral part of the Mailing Services account management team. He is very much the team's data and postal services guru. Outside of work Keith is a keen cyclist, pool player, music festival organiser and family man.

Kersty is a highly experienced account manager, having worked in both our business print and secure mail divisions. Efficient, organised and with a keen eye for detail, she keeps both staff and customers on track to deliver time critical projects!

Lewis has been in the industry for twelve years and has developed an encyclopedic knowledge of all things to do with labels. Outside of work he is a talented musician and is lead vocalist and guitarist for a local band and a doting father of two daughters.

Butch has been in the labels business for over twenty two years in both estimating and account management. A grandfather of five he escapes most weekends to his caravan at Brean Sands.
