Gender Pay Gap reporting

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 (SI 2017/172) details the gender pay gap reporting requirements for private and voluntary-sector employers, and came into force from April 2017.
Employers are required to publish information on their gender pay gap and gender bonus gap on an annual basis. In the private and voluntary sectors, the pay information must be based on data at a snapshot date of 5 April every year. The bonus information must be based on the preceding 12-month period.
Employers have 12 months in which to publish the information, and the information must be available online for at least 3 years.
